You can record a video of the unboxing process when you receive and open the product from the courier. If there is no video recording, we will not accept responsibility for any missing parts or other issues. We have service points; recording a video is mandatory even at these service points. Installation is available for a fee.

Packages that do not arrive in their original packaging, undamaged, will not be accepted. Products are shipped in their original boxes. Damaged, opened, defective, poorly packaged, scratched packages, and incomplete products or packages that cannot be resold to another party will not be accepted. Packages returned to our service centers without prior contact and without a damage report being filed will not be accepted.
