Generally, electric bike conversion kits have a range of 30-100+ km. This distance varies depending on many factors such as throttle usage intensity, road conditions, rider weight, extra load carried, wind, steepness and length of hills. You can find average range values under the technical section, and you can consider higher capacity battery options if needed.

Can I continue driving if my battery runs out?
The batteries charge from standard 220V outlets found at home. Lithium-ion batteries have no memory effect, so you don't need to wait for your battery to be completely discharged before charging it. To get the longest life out of your battery, it's best to charge it after each use, or at least once a day if used daily. If not used for a long time, it should be charged once a month. All kits include smart chargers that stop charging when the battery is fully charged, so there's no harm in leaving your bike plugged in at all times.
You can purchase the fast charger option if needed.
18 -
Can I purchase it with a spare battery?
One of the most positive aspects of Li-Ion batteries is their very long lifespan. When your batteries reach the end of their life, you don't need to buy new ones. Send us your expired batteries, and we'll refurbish them to your desired voltage and amperage at our battery spot welding center.

Front hub motor, rear hub motor, or mid-drive motor? Which motor type should I choose?
Front Hub Motors: This is the simplest type of motor to install. Located in the rear wheel hub, it's completely independent of the derailleur, chain, and gear system. Additionally, it provides a more balanced weight distribution compared to rear motors. Electric bikes using this type of motor can be described as two-wheel drive because the front wheel receives motor assistance and the rear wheel uses muscle power.
Mid-Drive Motors: Mid-drive motors are mounted on the pedal hub. Therefore, they operate independently of dynamos or hub gears located in the tire hubs. Mid-drive motors are known for their very high torque values. These motor types are small, compact, and highly efficient. They are preferred in off-road applications, especially in areas with very steep inclines, and even when carrying heavy loads.
Pedal assist activates when pedaling begins, providing the rider with the desired level of support. The faster you pedal, the more assistance the motor provides. The pedal assist level can be increased or decreased via the display. Pedal assist can be switched off at any time, allowing you to continue using the bike as a standard bicycle. All electric bike conversion kits include pedal assist as standard.
